I have encountered something called “eating according to bloodgroup” a couple of times.
I admit I have not dived into this subject very much but my initial intuition says that this is bullshit. Pseudoscience often makes claims based on studies done on very few individuals (< 100) or some other vague misinterpretation or down right manipulation of statistics.
I fail to see how bloodgroup would have this dramatic effect on our health depending on what we eat. I think evolution would have sorted a thing like that out millions of years ago.
In short, unless you hand me rock hard evidence, this is yet another myth. Just like the one about us needing to drink much much more water than our own bodies tells us we need by getting thirsty.
